Annual Report and Financial Statements

The Trust produces an Annual Report and set of Accounts, demonstrating its key activities, achievements and compliance with the requirements placed upon it as a Charity and a Company.  The Annual Report and Accounts are audited by an independent firm of auditors – Tait and Walker.

In line with the requirements of the Academies Financial Handbook July 2021, and the condition of the Trust’s company and charitable status, the audited Annual Accounts and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 August 2021 are available to download.

The Trust was given an unqualified opinion for its accounts and its regularity statement, demonstrating the continuing good stewardship of the Trust. (December 2021).
